Full Moon Emerging Artist
August 2012
Kentuck Arts Center
Northport, Alabama
This is a gallery of selected photos from the aftermath of the April 27, 2011 Tuscaloosa tornado,

that were part of my exhibition called “transform” in the Clarke Gallery at Kentuck Art Center in Northport, AL. I received the gallery space for this exhibition as a part of my award “Full Moon Emerging Artist” in August 2012. My photos from The University of Alabama arboretum and the oxidation series were also included in the exhibition. -Tanya Mikulas
This exhibition was funded by a successful Kickstarter campaign
The landing page for my full tornado story Disaster Life has a list of everything I have written so far, but you should at least read the Intro.
One other interesting page is my before and after experimental photos of Forest Lake Drive.
Tanya Mikulas is featured by the UA Arts newsletter as part of the April 27, 2011 5 year remembrance on 4/27/2016
